Randomly found this on Myer Website, it states “Ends Sunday Sep 29” believe it should be a misprint, supposed to this Sunday.

    After ordering mine straight away this morning, I called the Myer gift card hotline and was told that the bonus gift card will be issued by Wednesday, 1 September 2021, 5 PM. That information is apparently only available internally.

    You can purchase a gift card from their gift card website.

    I don’t think this would trigger any credit/debit card cashback offers though, as Myer’s gift card website is separate from the Myer website.
