Decent price for those who are looking for a NAS Drive.
I think this one hasn't been on sale for a while (if you are not counting the recent Klarna deal on Kogan)

Thanks OP. Been waiting for more HDD deals for my unRAID NAS. Good price.
Been waiting for 10TB NVR HDD deal. looks like it is not common for those HDDs be in a sale.
Surveillance drives?
yes
Mech drives, ssd drives, nas drives, surveillance drives have all been a part of this Afterpay discounting. I know because I just bought a surveillance drive as a reduced price.
just confirm if my use is just for stable storing some of my previous files and occasionally reading and writing, perhaps this is not for me?
Futu_online is still doing multi-buy discounts which stack with the afterpay deal so if you're buying more than 2 check against their price e.g. 3 x 8TB @ 267 each. futu_online link
this is a good deal - i bought 3 x 6TB for roughly $190 each - massive savings, thanks again
Seems they just pulled this off their site
oh wow, that was close, I wondered how many ppl got in.
When checking the HDD sales there was only 1 person who purchase 2 so assuming you haha
@quikstix: oops! and you're right - I have been meaning to buy these to set up my own media server - I do appreciate the post.
@velvetForce: Haha I tried to get in getting 4x 4tb for my 920+ I just bought but missed out going for cashback haha
Got one through HarrisTech via the Kogan/Klarna deal last week, and it was wrapped in a bit of bubblewrap and put in a rather basic padded envelope.
Still works fine, but it definitely seemed rather blergh.
how do you want it to come? lol… this is how they come when I order them from disties too… its fine
This is the fifth i bought in the past half year. The first 4 either arrived in an actual box or the hard plastic packaging.
If they're going to just ship it in only bubblewrap, at least wrap it more than once and not just around the middle of the disk, while missing the corners and top/bottom edges.
Maybe an OEM drive? I suggest you check warranty status, got screw by Amazon US on a WD HC530 once, died after 10 months, thankfully Amazon AU did refund me. Only lost the shipping fee.
@chia0404: Warranty is all good. Just means whoever packaged this at HT did a crap job but I got lucky it seems.
And they had an eBay Plus tape around it for extra protection lol
Do not buy HDD from HarrisTech. My new 8T hard drive has some bad sectors. It was damaged in delivery because of such poor packaging.
did OP find this on their own or see my post https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/10909268/redir :P
all good, it is one of the better prices in recent times
if you buy 4 or more from Futu_online you can get these for $252ea :)
You're getting begged because you didn't post it, and your complaining, or sound like you're asking for kudos.
If you're genuinely asking for curiosity, then… Soz for the negs cuz.
I'm with you and I think we all know which they actually we're doing…
Yep, he even admits it below.
What a tool.
Lelelel.
Get rekt!!
lol tongue in cheek comment pointing out i spotted it several hours earlier and i get negged… oh well… i'll live haha
Any good prices on the 16TB Ironwolf Pro? I'm hoping to get some for <$800 each
There's an 18TB on ebay for $870.

Tempting, but for the price I'd prefer to go with one of the Seagate authorised resellers
Thanks OP. Sold out too quickly during the Klarna campaign.
