New to Amex. What happens if I save after 30,000 other cards have done it? Does it still allow to save the offer, but you won't get credit?

Can only save up to 30,000. Once saved, you will get the credits.
Interestingly I received two Menulog offer, one is the welcome offer spend $25 and get $5 back, the other is this one, wonder if I can get both cash back with one $30 spending? T&C didn't mention such info.

Got this on my Amex cards. Trouble is, Menulog always says payment is declined and their "customer service" appears to be perpetually clueless. Usually it doesn't matter and I just click the PayPal button instead and put the order on the same card that way. Of course, that doesn't work with a direct offer on a credit card.
Has anyone else ever had this problem of false "declined" errors and managed to get it fixed?
I think as long as your amex card is charged even by using PayPal, you still meet the offer criteria from my understanding.
Wrong. PayPal is a third-party processing system and you definitely won't qualify if you use PayPal.
