One of the cheapest Optical Mech KB on market. Most places are selling for high 100 - low 200s.
Review seems good https://www.rtings.com/keyboard/reviews/evga/z20

Linear optical. Not sure if silent is the term - membrane KBs also make some form of noise.
Def quieter than mechanical switches - esp the clicky type.

Doesn't look like it's a silent one
omg that spacebar sound
I agree with ya. Its not the loudness that bothers me, its that hollow sound it makes.
@Lost-Sons of dallas: Granted, if you really want to, spacebar rattles are something that could be addressed with silicone grease.
That said, I think I hear reverb in the keyboard which would need bit more work than just silicone grease, i.e. filling the chasis with something like EVA foam.
In the keyboard's defence, I think reverb was a huge issue in Razer's Huntsman as well, which I had to address with mine.
Of course whether you want to make all those adjustments is another question.
Optical switches in theory are smoother than Cherry MX style switches (because the key registration is done contactless) and this does look like something that's made for gamers. It looks interesting at least.
$99 direct from their website: https://www.bpctech.com.au/catalog/product/view/id/38531/
The cheapest is $15 shipping though. If you are close to Mount Waverly it would work out.
Plus postage.
Reviews seem pretty mixed, some positive and some average

Not bad… 0.1 away from top gaming keyboard SteelSeries Apex Pro
This looks alot like the razer Black widow V3.
The keycap font (especially the markings on the WASD) looks absolutely egregious
Exactly my thoughts.
Is it silent?
