Adding the Audible Narration Option seems to be the cheapest option if you want the audiobook ($6 vs $15 by buying it outright from Audible).

I have just finished The Dark Forest (second book of the Three Body Problem series), so haven't read much into this book yet, but from what I skimmed through it's in the same universe and sort of a prequel to the main series.

If you are a fan of hard science fiction, do give this series a try.

    I couldn't get past the Chinese political minutia in the first book. It was mind-numbing.

      Skim read through that part. The rest is gold. Although the second book also has a slow start

  I read+listened to The Three Body Problem and The Dark Forest, thanks to ozbargain.

  Book 3 is Deaths End - I have yet to start that one.

  Read most of Liu's books either paper and ebook form. Very talented sci-fi author!

  Also The Wandering Earth Movie is pretty good, can't wait to see Three Body Problem series on Netflix,
  and later on the movie.
