Buy an AMD Ryzen 5000 G-Series processor with built-in Radeon graphics and get the Warframe: G-Series pack.
but do AMD motherboards support video out?
my asus x570 pro does with the right CPU
Amd CPUs have had video out the whole way through ryzen release, it's just usually on the cheaper ones. It's actually annoying because at the high end of motherboards the cheaper CPUs shouldn't even be a thought but mobo manufacturers still put connectors for them, when they could have more usb, networking or full stack of audio ports (a problem with a lot of itx mobo with only 3).
Even the most basic of AMD motherboards typically have at least 1 or video outs, I don't think there exists a AM4 motherboard without some form of video port.
My crappy B350 motherboard from a few years ago has HDMI + DVI
Obviously the minimum now is a B450 chipset for Ryzen 5000 support, AMD isn't interested in supporting older generation mobos.
Not even close to the cheapest available right now

Cough. Newsflash: Unlike GPU's, CPU's aren't flying out the door.
But I think the folks at Newegg should already know that since they're setting up lotteries to buy GPU's which were subsequently worked around by an 11 year old kid.
Imagine being 11 years old and being able to afford a 3090

Just to let people know, the new 'G' CPUs don't have pcie 4.0

any motherboards with HDMI and DP, or 2 x DP?
rubbish

If you're gonna pair the 5600G with a discrete GPU it underperforms the 5600X (which you can get for around $400 right now)
Prices are just too high…these should be $250 aud. AMD just over pricing cpu's and apu's now.
Is this even a deal?
