    "LTSHIP" means "late shipping".

    People who order an eBay plus item and it doesn't arrive on time will receive one of these. Not a new promo, it's been running for over 12 months .

      Correction: some people who order an eBay plus item and it doesn't arrive on time will receive one of these.
      I even had items arrive >1 week after expected delivery and didn't see get a late shipping voucher.
      Some of the ebay plus item from last promos were only shipped after the expected delivery, and also no voucher.

        That's true. I think it's for eBay Plus parcels, sent via Express Post between metro areas, but even then it's no guarantee.

    Received an email earlier today for similar (not ordered using eBay Plus) but coupon code consisted of randomised letters.

    Makes me think this is a targeted offer.

      Yup!! Not an eBay Plus user, but received this coupon. I have received similar LTSHIP last month as well. 2 out of 3 parcels doesn't arrive on time for me.
