Then post it as a deal rather than piggy-backing. Your 'reasons' look like a poorly thought out excuse for your inexplicable decision to utilise someone else`s posts to boost your personal preferences. I didn't neg BTW.

Still - I can see why you didn't provide many specifications for a comparison - Nokia don't bother either, giving the screen size under " specifications" and sod all else. Regardless of past glories, that shows either insufferable and undeserved smugness, a pathetic attitude to potential customers or sheer incompetence and the probability that they've hired a NSW marketing failure desperately seeking another job. "Never mind the quality, feel the width."

I used the report button instead. Negs are limited.

      • Why the anger? For someone wanting a ruggedised phone with local support and AndroidOne this is a potential alternative.

The phone will be worthy of a deal when it goes on sale.

Having owned a Ulefone and a couple of Nokias I tend to agree . Not a fan of either really but I'd take the Nokia over the Ulefone if there were no other options , Simply for the regular updates which they seem to actually be following through with . The Nokia will no doubt be heavily discounted and I would wait for that to happen if your not in a rush .
Kudos for Nokia for trying to make a phone with an actual point of difference that harks back to their glory days when their phones actually were "life ready" . Their phones of recent have been mediocre at best and disappointing for most .

      • Ive had a Nokia last phone and a Ulefone this time. Nokia had/has known issues with USB connector and was repaired under warranty, but wasnt a bad phone. Really like the ulefone armor 9 fwiw

        • I also replaced my USB port . It was about $4 from ali and easy to replace . Definite manufacturing issue .

  • Huh i almost feel this is better than getting galaxy note 10+ for $700

  • Is it 12GB RAM or 8GB?

It will no longer let me edit the description for some reason so I can't fix it, but it's 8GB as per the title.

Edit: It's been fixed, thanks scrimshaw

1/2 kilo kills it, as does being a orphan brand in Australia

I got a UMIDIGI bison. Heavy but feels nice to hold but is heavy.

Added bonus of this is you can use it as a self defence weapon.

  • Give it a good DAC and I would buy.

  • The ultimate festival phone if there were any to attend.

    480 grams though. Far out.

    • At 480g it would make a good self defence item at those rowdy festivals in the future.

      • Not sure what festivals you attended but I've been to the biggest metal festivals in the world and there's rarely if ever any trouble.

  • Anyone used these endoscopes for checking blocked drains?

    • I have an amour 9 and it has a special connector and comes with an endoscope (for this phone only). Was nothing special, it did work however. The IR camera is awesome though this model doesnt have one.
