hmm strange. I ordered via bigw click and collect. it initially said it was out of stock at my lock store on the product page, but after going through to checkout it said it WAS in stock at my local store, based the system saying 2/2 items in cart were available for pickup. I guess i will find out what's going on with that soon. I also grabbed the 100 things about science, math and coding one so i dont know if that made a difference.
I recommend you to go to your local store(if possible) BigW, online stock level system is not 100% really correct. I was looking to buy the numbers book and my local store said out of stock, I decided to go to the store when I went, I found 5 books in the shelf.
Quite possibly. unfortunately my 'local' store is 1h drive away and i was planning on picking them up during a doctor visit soon. Now that i go back to the page for the 100 things to know about the planet book i can no longer add it to cart so maybe i lucked out and got the last one.
The space one from the last deal is pretty good.
I have all three popular collections and seems pretty good, my kids loving it, my 8 year boasting himself, talks about facts and figures from this book at the kids birthday parties. Now a days, he takes the books to the school and discuss with his school friends, really help them learn extra things and improve their General Knowledge. This is my 2c worth opinion.
Yeah I’m not sure my three year old really comprehends much. Hard to explain that the whale isn’t really in space but is just being used to show the scale of the rings or Saturn or some such.

Why isn't Big W the main deal as Amazon is frequently sold out?
Honestly no-one is going to find such an old post.
My point is if Amazon is only price matching what Big W is doing for 7 months, Big W should be the main deal of a new post anyways.
Big W has little to no stock now, it already has it's own post, in addition to being linked here and this post is for Amazon which deliver Australia wide (free for prime users). 2 different things.
It's up to the OP to decide what store their post is for.

Amazon was clearly low to no stock as well, and Big W also delivers Australia wide. Same deal, same conditions.
Just the love for Amazon that makes it special when as a mod you should be able to look at a deal from all angles (including what is more ethical from a local community perspective) and make it more visible.
But meh, I'm tired of wasting my time arguing about this. Go, Bezos, go!
@mrklaus: Deals that are in stock again are removed as duplicates and the original highlighted for visibility (unless it's a duplicate exception), nothing to do with any narrative or whatever you are implying. This avoids having 6 or 7 posts for the same item within a month or so, when it goes in and out of stock frequently as you say.
