rrp $579

good: solar, 200 metres, steel case, led backlight

bad: older model, mineral crystal, backwards date format, plastic keeper, no lume on indices, too thick for shirt sleeves

fairly subdued design for a G-Shock and the metal case gives it some weight

LED backlight can pass for a wrist torch

Excellent first G-Shock.

A very good price for a G-Steel with Tough Solar and dual LED backlight (for LCD displays and face).

Normally the GST-S100s are well over $300 AUD.

Personally though, I think the GST-S100s and GST-B100s look best with a stainless steel band as well.

Just a heads up. Careful when you buy G-Shock from Catch. Got a fake one last time. Had trouble returning it.

    there's no such thing as catch themselves selling casio fakes,
    
    catch is part of the biggest retailer in the country (WES) are a casio AD and are supplied via shriro with local warranty cert.
    
    it's just some made up bullshlt as he probably can't get one until his benos come through and there's only a few left.
