  • Paid same price back at the start of May. Decent clippers.

  • Good model

  • Getting real tempted

    Any good for facial hair?

    • I've been using the next model up - works fine, obviously doesn't do close shaves.

  • I bought this on Black Friday 2020, have found it to be amazing. I cut my son's hair every 5-6 weeks, have charged it once since purchase. Will occassionally use it for my facial hair using no attachments. Rinse under water!

    • does it hurt the boy? i bought some cheap clip which makes my kids yelled when I cut fading

I have the higher model - I think the only difference is the turbo button (I don’t use it), runtime (90 mins vs 75 mins) and shorter charging (1 hr vs 8 hrs). The blades cut really well - I don’t think you’ll have any issues with nicks or pulling.

  • I bought it last year and it works really well and use it to cut my son's hair during lockdowns. Happy with the purchase.

  • Just bought this from The Good Guys on eBay, and with a $10 Afterpay discount, came to $29! Sold out now…

  • I bought 5630/15 from jb hifi last year for $79. My one has an extra 'turbo' button, I have used this rarely.

Definitely this product is recommended at this price, specially the battery is very long lasting.

  • Bought one, cheers OP

  • Cheers, I reckon I can have a good crack at doing my own hair

  • great clipper and the price is good too.

Looking for a clipper that goes closer to 0.1mm. Anyone recommend?

  • pays for itself after using it 2nd time.must have for lockdown !

  • Man missed out

    Back in stock.

Good price but will pass. Bought a similar one from this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/88904, used it once in 8.5 years, wanted to use again last week but battery stopped charging. :D Will just let hair grow.

  • Can you cut your own hair with this

    • It really depends on your skill level and also your hair style - sides and back trimming isn't too hard but full hair cut may take some tries and experience. Check videos on YouTube.

  • thanks op got one! Was also looking for a nose trimmer, anyone have any recommendations?

  • Has anyone had their order shipped yet ?

    • I guess whoever ordered on 27th Jul (before it ran out of stock and then got re-stocked) would have received their orders recently. I received mine yesterday - it was as per Amazon's revised estimated time; the original timeline was a bit longer but Amazon revised it a few days back. Please check what Amazon is showing you in your order history.
