Great deal! Some nice stuff left in many sizes. I spent $4.95 for a $24.95 top. Worth it as Katie's clothing is good quality usually. Tempted to reuse the code and order more.

I made two purchases using two different accounts but paid by the same credit card. I received one order yesterday. But I also received an email regarding the other order. The email said the code can be used once only, it's not allowed to open multiple accounts to reuse the code. They said they had canceled my second order and refunded the money to my credit card.
However, I again received another email, stated my second order had shipped. Now I'm totally confused. Tried to call the customer service number, but could't get through. Shall I sign the parcel if it turn up? I know if they refund the money to me, I shouldn't hold the item. But I can't see there is any refund atm yet, thought it may take couple days to turn up.
Anyone has the similar issues???
i had 2 accounts, and they canceled the second account order & refunded my money. The 1st package turned up, not the second though. If you receive the second package keep it. They'l probably figure it out & charge you the money.

I called the customer service, and she said she would write an email to the head office. I asked if I could return it to the physical store, she said yes too. But when I went to the store, they said they only do the normal refund/return. My case is an odd one, she asked me to contact the online store…
I think I will keep the package, in case they charge me the full price for it. I don't want to pay $25 for a T-shirt.
maybe if they haven't charged you for it in a week or two then keep it. sounds like its a lot of work for them to take it back off your hands. If they ask for it back then return it. :)
