The previous backorder bags are about 2 weeks away since we were held up with the recent(ish) COVID lockdown in Sydney extending to the Blue Mountains. It's safe to say that a lot of small businesses are doing it tough at the moment including us and we're trying our hardest to get orders out the door as fast as we can with the limited resources we're allowed to use.

            @Goliegosh: For this particular bag, due to the size and amount of canvas required, the canvas is spun overseas however we purchase from an Australian distributor.

    What type & weight of canvas is this? Looks like it might be a polyester/canvas mix.

    This may sound like a bit of a silly question but how thick is the plastic window on the side of the bag? I've had some similar bags that the plastic is quite thin and tears easily.

    Besides that, the bag looks great and would love to support a small local business.

      Good question! I will have to double-check the thickness but from memory, we're running 3mm PVC in this one. It should be pretty robust because it's stitched along four sides.

    The dimensions fit, but do you think the zip would open wide enough to fit a Weber baby q?

      Ohh good question - without getting one out and checking I would think the base of the bag would be too small. I think I you would get one in there but it wouldn’t be a neat fit. I was lazy and actually bought a bag for my Weber from “outcamp” and it’s amazing, for the moment extra cash they’re certainly worth it.

    The canvas I believe is of great quality however, the zip, I'm afraid looks just as cheap as those $10-$20 bags. And the stitching around the plastic window…personally I would prefer a CountryRoad classic weekender over this one

      We use SBS zippers, they’re the real deal. Not sure what you mean about the stitching around the plastic window? But I can assure you they these bags, like our others are of high quality and made to last.
