Game studio Mojang (the creators of Minecraft) along with Humble Bundle will be doing a Mojam - Game jam where they will make a game in 60 hours. The indie studio Mojang will be livestreaming all the glory and drama of making a brand new game in 60 hours.
They're letting you influence what kind of game it's going to be. Head over to the Mojang website to vote on the genre and theme you want to see Mojang working on this weekend ( http://www.mojang.com/2012/02/15/humble-bundle-mojam/ )
Pay-what-you-want for the game any time during the jam.
All proceeds go to charity! You can support up to four vital non-profit organizations: The Child's Play Charity, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the American Red Cross, and — for the first time in a Humble Bundle — Charity: Water, a non-profit organization bringing clean, safe drinking water to people in developing nations.

If they break $1,000,000 in total contribution Markus “Notch” Persson will shave his beard!
Update:
Two games have been added to the Mojam:
Oxeye Games Studio (working on the action-platformer Cobalt) and Wolfire Games (working on Overgrowth, the sequel to the original ninja rabbit fighting game)
Wolfire is going to be working around the same genre and theme as Mojang — a real-time strategy shoot ‘em up with a steampunk, ancient Egypt theme! And Oxeye announced that they’re taking on the second place categories from Mojang’s original poll, which were also favored on comment threads and message boards Internet-wide — they’re making a dungeon crawler beat ‘em up set in a post-apocalyptic World War II.
Anton Riehl is live streaming his process for making the music for Wolfire Games mojam entry at: http://justin.tv/ariehl
As much as I'm REALLY not a fan of how much he's ruined minecraft (by letting the fame go to his head). I appreciate the cause so have given $5 to Child's Play.
