Worse it's IPS. Nothing from 2021 so far is good. 2020 models were better.
Its IPS panel, not VA. Also, there is no local dimming on these. Again Sony/Samsung only high end will have local dimming. Plus point is that it got hdmi 2.1

Nope, it got VA panel in KD85X9000H and local dimming as well.
No it's not. The x9000h is a VA panel much better than IPS plus it's FLAD
I have this. Bought this for 3K last year - no complaints. Looks brilliant but performs badly in dark room+dark scenes except for when it's running Dolby Vision. I would probably buy it again if needed. Performs really well (vibrant colours) while watching TV series like The Big Bang Theory and alike.
It has HDMI 2.1 and actual 120 hz panel unlike its 75" counterpart (not that mumbo jumbo marketing term manufacturers use). Which means it supports the next gen consoles out-of-the-box. If this wasn't an IPS panel it would be the best TV out there in this price range and size.

the tv is awesome except it looks bad in very lit room - if you cannot dim your room dont get it (obviously night time no issue)
otherwise ps5 120hz is awesome
Curious to know why yours looks bad in a very lit room. My room is 100% lit and it looks very vibrant and nice.
Lol that's backwards for ips. Usually in a very lit room is bad because they don't get very bright and have high reflection. Then in a dark room/dark scenes you see light bleed and bad blooming
