        I located source of problem.
        You cannot checkout with Paypal, as it will see your address as home address and not the store.
        However, if you click 'fast/officeworks checkout' (and click on option that allows you to checkout without loging in), you can still pay with your paypal account. You will notice that all of a sudden though the shipping address has changed to their stores.

        In summary: if you tried to pay with paypal and didn't work, use the Officeworks checkout and then you can still pay with paypal.
