  $580 for what is essentially a fan heater with fake fire look. It'll chew power.

  Install a split system and then put youtube on your tv search for ten hour fireplace video. Much cheaper in the long run!

  Dumb me bought their smart TV, but there is no manual included (just a quick start guide). They dont have manuals online to download. Go to product review and read all the canned responses to informative product reviews. Good luck with email support only.
