My Series 1 has cracked its screen open, but still don't think its worth buying one of these…as they stopped getting support with Watch OS 6 from 2019 and that had limited support on these devices.

JB Hi-Fi keep dropping new deals on their site. I just picked up 1 hour ago a Series 5 44mm for $334 + delivery. A few more deals just landed. They must be doing stock takes, finding old stock and adding to their site to clear pre financial year end. Check the site regularly if interested.
Was there a particular section you were keeping an eye on or just searching for the Apple Watch specifically
Do a search on Apple branded smartwatches sorted in price low to high. I just noticed more apple watches are now available including Series 4 and Nike series.
Keep in mind that this device will not support watchOS 8.
