I’m currently on Proud Mary Angel Wings from a recent deal of yours.
Certainly one of the more expensive coffees but it is simply terrific with milk! I’m pulling it from a double boiler machine with adjustable brew temp - don’t know whether it shines as much on a different setup - but it emerges syrupy and dark with a beautiful crema and multi-layered taste profile. A true delight.
Not sure I’ll be able to go back to cheaper beans :#
