        It says what it is above :) - Whey Protein Concentrate (80%), Xylitol (967) Silicon Dioxide (551), Sodium Ascorbate (301), Steviol Glycosides (960), Coenzyme Q10, etc etc etc

        Highly processed, manufactured stuff marketed as food by a company keen to please its shareholders. Teenage boys seems to like the idea of eating it, followed by extended hours in the gym then lots of prancing in nightclubs.
