    I saw that JB deal today and it got me looking around.
    I found this unit, doesn't do full up-conversion, but it does do composite/component to HDMI:
    Denon AVR1610

      That's a great price! I even started trying to find ways to get rid of my base model to try and justify getting the AVR1610 instead; you should post this as a separate deal. OP deal is good, but I reckon this one is better…

    Fantastic price for the RX471, a great mid-range receiver.

    Just today, I was looking at getting this receiver from amazon.de for about the same price. Glad I didn't now.

    Not sure why they don't offer it in-store though. Maybe they don't have enough stock to go around.

      Some items have … I assume they have sold out of those items.

      Makes the little stock icon on each listing totally useless, as it has no relation to the actual stock level.

      I found an OzB-ish combined shipping lurk (working at 10am today):

      I put a factory scoop TDK Soundcube ($207 20W fancy iPod dock, RRP: $silly) in my cart, and the shipping on that was $18. I added one of the factory scoop Belkin tall laptop bags ($17, shipping: $9), and the combined shipping dropped to $9.34 (!), for a total of $233.34. In effect, I got the laptop bag for $8.34.
