    Only difference I've noticed was with SCA own branded fuel injector cleaner, felt like a slight power boost, but of course could be all in my head

    I have tried a lot of them though, and all others had no obvious effect

    That's been my experience as well. Injector cleaners did little to improve my car's performance when it was running rough, but this on the other hand made a world of difference:
