Not too sure what the difference is other than more settings for wash cycles.

I guess your definition of "automation" is quite different from mine.
Doesn't integrate with Home-Assistant.
I ma also curious about what automation means, all washing machines have some automation, what does this do that others don't?
this one has auto dosing, but is also measured dosing based on the dirtiness of the clothes. Buggered if I know how. I think the other auto dosing systems just output a predetermined amount of laundry liquid which cannot be changed. Also adjusts the wash time, and water usage depending on the load inside.
My guess is that it does a rinse and then checks how clear the water is, then based on that adds more soap. I'm not sure how reliable that would be, I'd rather just run a full load and then always the right amount of soap for a full load
Anybody own one of these yet? Any thoughts on it?
