Gen 1 Mini has been this price new before, but I would guess that was to get rid of stock after the 2 came out.
Probably won't see new minis at this price much more until the 3 comes out.

watch out for uncontrolled/uncommanded descent on these. I lost one to the ocean that way, and it was quite a known problem (check DJI forums)

This is a better drone than the similar price JB's Zero-X deal the other day.
I would recommend the Fly More for another $150. Well worth it for the extra:
