If you want to think outside the box besides flowers or gift vouchers for a massage then yes, cufflinks might be something to buy for someone for Valentines Day. They last longer than flowers, people will say'They are cool, where'd you get them from.', and most of the people who purchase through the store are ladies who want a gift for their man.
