These are refurb, but from Bose themselves so should be just as good as brand new, they carry similar warranty as brand new products.
Bose say…
A Refurbished product is one that’s been returned to Bose, for any reason. It’s then thoroughly inspected, tested and serviced to meet strict Bose sound quality standards—the same as a new product. Appearance is closely examined; products occasionally have minor, nearly imperceptible blemishes. All Refurbished products have the same warranty as new products. And are available only from Bose. Quantities are limited.

True that, though that's with eBayPlus, good luck if you've exhausted your free trial email accounts :-)
They give you $50 voucher to pay $49.
Nice!!
$286 new @ Amazon
Hahahahaha, refurbished RRP of 499!!
Agreed. Who in the right mind would buy these headphones for $499 refurbished?1?
Interesting that Bose sell the brand new and refurbs for the same RRP. But may also go to show how good the Bose refurbs are. I personally have no problem with OEM refurbs, I know they sell for example "change of mind" equipment that is literally brand new, but has just had the packaging open, as refurb.
Bose need to bring the Gaming Headset attachment to the store for all of us who already have a QC35ii, it's a no brainer.
