  I bought them for the same price from IKEA 3 months ago. I'm not sure if they are a special or an everyday price.

  This is IKEA's -standard- price…

  IKEA has kitch & well-priced goods, eg, we saw a $15 kit (Bekvaem) that assembles into a sturdy step-stool (eg, for kitchen of shed and for $19 (down from $20) a larger kit (Laiva desk) that assembles into a small workbench or study desk / art table, eg, for a primary school age child.

  (Not wood… but MDF ("Medium-density fibreboard"), so it's heavy to lift / move, but also stable, by design… in the case of at least Laiva desk, the bits look thin & light, not as heavy as they turn out to be…)

  I found that Ikea powerboards have cords that are a bit longer than others (HPM, Arlec, etc), so a bit more useful in some circumstances.

  This is the standard price.. Not any special discount..

  I bought a few of them last year.. but found that the quality of these power boards were of quite poor quality. Some of the plugs need to be wiggled a bit to get in.

  Later I found out that Bunnings have HPM branded 6 outlet powerboards for a similar price. If you want even cheaper, I'm pretty sure bunnings have some 4 or 5 outlet boards for around $2-3

  This is not a bargain.
  Bunnings has 6 outlet boards for less than $5 each normal price, and you don't have to buy 2 to get that price.
