This was in the print catalogue today, and online. Interestingly, in the print catalogue a Free portable 7" DVD player is listed, but isn't online (I suppose when purchased instore rather than online). The catalogue also says free delivery when purchased online, however this doesn't seem to be the case either…

This is possibly the same TV (rebadged) as the Dicksmith brand 31.5" LED for the same price from dicksmith.

  Looks very normal priced to me… last year Soniq 32" FHD's went for $300 as well, so this is hardly a special.

    Soniq 32 inch LED is 399…so not same same.
    Soniq LCD sells for 246 now.

    Note the difference between LED and conventional LCD, that carries a price difference.

    This is not a bad price by any means, but it probably isn't an amazing one either and 32" generic LEDs are starting to hover around this price point now.

      Personally I would buy the 32inch Sony LCD for $350 over a crap brand's LED side lit model. But otherwise the price is OK.

  DS Led (31.5 inch) was this price over christmas= and last week.
  They come from the same factory- so very similar deal.

  Best value is the protection plan IMO.

  adds 2 years replacement cover. Not repair.(under $300)
  (1 yr manufact. + 2 years replacement/gift card) 3 years total.

    This makes it a really good deal. You can get this tv with 5 years warranty for $330. At worst you will get a gift card if it gets faulty too many times.

  Would never buy an AWA -
  Bought 32 incl LCD - shite quality - took it back for refund four days later.
  My mum bought one - returned and repaired in the first few weeks.
  Sister in Law bought two for the kids (last Christmas - without checking for my advice). Both faulty, returned for refund.

  AVOID !!! - You get what you pay for.

    AWA don't make anything themselves now, they haven't for at least a decade. It's someone else's TV, re-badged as AWA. Sometimes they buy from a company that makes reliable electronics, sometimes they don't.

    I prefer not to take the risk, I buy brands where I know who the manufacturer is.
