      Traded my copy to EB last month (XBox One version). EB gave me $10 for it (well, I did get my level 4 bonus on top of it, but that's only 0.80 more).

      Technically, XBox One version is better, BUT it has a lower trade in value.

      Realistically, neither is that great nowdays. Rockstar will release the next gen console patch for GTA V first. It is unclear whether Rockstar will release a patch for Series X and PS5 for RDR2 (and if so, how soon).

      Wish PC version is cheaper.

    Brilliant game, best game I've ever played by a long shot. be warned that initial LOADING TIME on the PS4 is insanely long compared to on PC (SSD)

    If you have a gaming PC, consider a copy on PC instead.

    If anyone cares, ive finished them both on Xbox One X and now Series X.

    Runs native 4K on Series X. Colours, Lighting and Shadows are vastly superior and it removes that cloudy like filter that was present on the Xbox One X.

    Frame rate is same 30fps.

    Honestly, its a beautiful looking game regardless, but while it isnt optimised for Series X by R* it looks amazing.

      I played it on both One X and Series X. No graphics difference. In fact, I like the colours better on SDR over HDR. The cloudy like look tends to happen on HDR.
      The main advantage of Series X with this game is QuickResume is supported. However, Rockstar releases a patch to enable 60fps on Series X later on.

      One X does have 1 advantage. You can play the unpatched version of the game, which has gold, horse glitches (kinda allow you to cheat). Series X, you must download the patch (which basically patches those loopholes).

    It was a good game. But from an experience perspective, Red Dead 1 was better.
    Still 100% worth playing if you like these type of games.
