Play multi-player and zombie mode for free from 27 May to 1 June (possibly US time, so add a day for Australia: 28 May to 2 June) on all platforms but Switch.

With regards to Xbox the following additional info is important:

An Xbox Live Gold subscription is not required for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One players to play Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Free Access. All other online modes still require Xbox Live Gold.

Not sure yet if PS Plus is required for PlayStation Players (likely) but we will see that when the free access commences

    The game is already released, you don't need to pre-load as you can download the full game already for warzone I believe.

  Sales must really have been much lower than expected, feels like there's a free weekend almost every month or so now to try and get more people into the game.

  I honestly prefer this over Modern Warfare 2019. Game is so much better than at launch,

  They added ;

  9 regular MP maps
  6 Gunfight
  3 Fire team
  2 Extra Zombies maps
  17 extra guns
  a few extra scorestreaks

  I prefer the 'arcady' feel over what Modern Warfare has. I must admit i do want Killhouse in Black Ops Cold War

  Anyone have some steps I can go about to get this offer? The link on PC takes me to battlenet. I login and everything but only buy is an option. Same on the battlenet launcher.

  I just checked the deal link and the Microsoft page says 'not currently available'
