    Betty's Burgers seems to be a clone of a US franchise called Culvers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Culver%27s . They have "Butterburgers" and have a frozen custard desert they call "concrete".

    Its run by food entrepreneur David Hales, who has a $20 million Noosa mansion. There's money to be made in food.

    I love Betty's Burgers but they're overpriced even by Sydney standards (cost similar to others like Grilld, but burger itself is smaller). So definitely getting on board on Friday!

      My local Grilld might as well be called Burnnd
      Seems they have a scorched earth policy there - even the exhaust fans regularly pollute the street with oily greasy smoke.
      council doesn't seem to be doing jack diddly squat either (maybe they eat there on a regular basis)

      Bettys is a bit nicer, cleaner inside, though I don't rate the shakes

    Used Deliveroo instead from Brisbane and ordered from one of the other 50% burger joints. Delivery was $1 so not bad!
