3 weeks after purchasing this - the floor brush is now broken. It doesn't spin unless I tilt the vacuum left.

Xiaomi support says that Costco is not an authorised reseller, so they would not help. I can probably do a refund from Costco, but I do want the vacuum! Any ideas?

    They have now got in contact with the supplier and will post me a new floor brush! So perhaps instead of contacting Xiaomi, we should contact iottech which supplies Costco.
