    Hi, h264 for sub tream and h265 for main stream, it's fixed.

          @Indomietable: I have got a specific software NVR setup, which supports on h264 by default without doing extra transcoding for my home automation.

  Does the mount for these allow the camera to point along the wall it's mounted on (i.e. so the wall it's mounted on is in the edge of the frame)? It's hard to find any examples of them set up this way.

  biggest problem with reolink is if you also get their hd/storage and POE for this, then it doesnt support Google, kinda kills it a bit. they need to update the firmware for the hd recorder.
