        Definitely not G-Sync - the link you provided says G-Sync compatible, likewise it's listed as G-Sync compatible on nvidia's monitor page.

        In case anyone suspects pedantry is afoot or is wondering what some of the differences are between G-Sync and G-Sync compatible, note this screen's 48Hz lower limit for VRR and the absence of variable overdrive.
