  • lol. Had an item in my cart and went to pay the difference of $5. When I went to pay, got a notification that the seller had changed the item. They put it up by another few bucks.

  • Thermometer back again!

    Edit: gone again!

It worked for 2 of my accounts. On my 3rd account it says I have used the code already but I haven’t.

    • Try using a different payment method.

      • Same error message appears. Not joking I haven’t used the code on that account.

        • Weird. I had that happen too. I cleared my history and changed CC to Paypal and it finally worked for me. Took a few attempts though.

          • @thefinalproblems: How have you deleted the history in eBay app.

          • @thefinalproblems: I have deleted App and all history and cleared data installed again but same problem

            • @Thrifty Dan: Was using a desktop. Wouldn't let me do it on phone. I think I may have also eventually used incognito mode as well.

            • +1

@Thrifty Dan: Same also not worked after 2 accounts.

It came up with error saying Seller change listing description when i was trying to buy headphone, then suddenly after that it kept telling me You have already used this code, but i cant see the item in my order history.

Will end up deleting that rubbish piece of crap account from eBay

    • You need to enter a different phone number under the delivery address section.

      • Too late now but thanks. Will remember for next time…

    Thermometer back in stock ordered.

    • did your order go through?
It gave me the "your order's in" page but when I checked my purchase history, it's not there.

      • Yup, got email order confirmed.

Was going to buy a Network Phone/Lan Cable Continuity Tester for $20, or $5 after coupon, but on the checkout page it shows it was $12 and appears to be price jacked for the sale. Even though it would still be cheaper, it just feels wrong.

  • Are these the list of all sale items - https://www.ebay.com.au/e/coupon-offers/ebay-tuesday-deals?_… ?

    • +1

      yes.

    • +1

Oh hey those were going to be my back up, after the Band 4C instantly went out of stock.

Tho 'luckily' I got distracted by work colleagues, and came back to find they came back in stock.

  • and now they have 50pc face mask listed too

  • Off topic: has anyone here done the ebay hoyts Tuesday deal? How easy/hard was the process?
    I'm new to eBay Plus.

    • +1

I have, you don't need eBay plus. You just click the banner on the eBay page and it links to hoyts where you can see the cheap ticket once you find your movie.

Mi Band for 5 bucks unbeatable value, just (minutes ago) grabbed one

    • +1

  • Got the consolation prize from the same seller, 50 face masks, free.

Got the Mi Band, patience is the key, don't waste your code for junk :)

    • Do you have the link for the mi band?

      • link is in this post, select the item you want from the drop-down list. Stock has been just added.

  • Mi Band is back in stock :-) Just got one.

  • So once you bought 1 item, you are out of the game right? Or any different code later today?

  • code stopped working now? anyone else

    • you can only use the code once.

      • haven't used

Edit: Didn't see the First 5000 redemptions

  • got the mi band at 1000am this morning thanks OP!

  • +1

Got a Mi Band, and an external (usb) DVD/Bluray read/writer - very handy to have for $4.95

  • wow, received my item already. Not bad!

    • Was it shipped from Adelaide?

      • Yep adelaide to Melbourne

        • That's funny cause the listing clearly states item location as Silverwater, Sydney…

  • Received my humidity monitor thing this morning (not the Mi bluetooth one). Surprisingly quick.

    • Have you tried to connect with the Xiaomi Home App? That's the only way it will connect and sync.

      • No… I bought a different humidity monitor (not the one listed in this deal) which also happened to be $5.

  • Received mine midday today in Brisbane….

  • Anyone else have their item change? I ordered the ipad stand and now that they've shipped it its changed to a Nintendo switch case.

    • +1

the listing is only changed back to what it was before the promo. you will still get the items you ordered

      • +1

Didn't know they did that. Thanks for letting me know

  • +4

    Seller shipped mine today.

    Seller:
From OZB Enterprises (SA) Pty Ltd

Scotty has an EBay store? :D

saw this too, questioning if OP is associated or not 🤔

  • I bought the Ultra dual drive M3 64GB within the first 30 second of it going live and it was available a while after I bought it and now I got a message from ninja.buy saying they had inventory error and oversold hence my order wa cancelled!! Anyone else got their drive ? Or did anyone else get this cancellation message ?

    • +1

Mine hasn’t shipped yet so I might get the same message. If I do I will get frustrated and I will ask if they can send me another item of same value

EDIT: they are talking BS because they have a listing of the exact same item and it is in stock
      https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SanDisk-Ultra-Dual-Drive-M3-0-16…

      • sounds shonky to me!

    • Damn that’s dodgy… Definitely leave a negative feedback but do fight for compensation. Though I doubt they’ll give anything by the sounds of it

    • I bought the same USB in 15 seconds of it going live but mine hasn’t sent out, nor received the cancellation email. Fingers crossed.

      • -2

UPDATE: my USB has been shipped out last night. Disappointed that they shipped the night before the due delivery date.
Still shows as pending on Auspost tracking though.
But at least mine did not get cancelled

        • Mine’s shipped out too last night. Did you get to the order 15 sec of going live like me? 🤟

  • They send the headphones from Richmond SA, were meant to sent the item from the item location —Silverwater, NSW, Australia. Clearly it was not from there.

    • Could be worse. Lots of ebay sellers say that they are posting from Australia but actually post the item from China.

      • it was a ++ for me, because i asked order to be delivered in Adelaide, just ensured a guarantee kinda same city shipping with express postage, as a result got mine today.

    • In the item description, there were two warehouses, in NSW and SA as I remember.

  • Just got my Mi Band 4C (Sydney)
The only disappointment is the battery was on 0% - can't be healthy for the battery to be stored completely flat.

    • Same here. Black screen. Plug in usb port to charge now.

    • Same here, delivered today to Melbourne, still charging. I thought it was dead but few mins later, it started to show charging in the display.
Is there anyway to use it without a MI account ? may be a 3rd part app ?

      • Google app Notify for Mi Band might work?

  • Received the Infrared thermometer, it keep saying my temp is 32.1c, is it too low?

    • depends on where you measure body temperature from

      • head

        • Can vary a lot, mainly because you are measuring from outside the body,
          OUTSIDE BODY TEMPERATURE MAY CHANGE

WHAT MATTERS IS YOUR INSIDE BODY TEMPERATURE,

Something like mouth or tongue I think is a better indicator of your internal body temperature, (FOR THE LASER IR THERMOMETERS)

          • @USER DC: Use difference models before only this one so low, nothing to do with my body temperature.

    • +1

Press Mode and switch to the Body setting.
Keep holding the Scan button until it beeps when measuring.

      Mines very accurate

      • Thanks, what is "HOLD"?

        • Keep pressing the Scan button rather

  • +1

I received my Xiaomi miband 4C today and have it all charged up. I'm struggling to actually put it on as the button is a lot bigger than the hole? I've already got a couple of scratches on the square mark to push the button in. Anyone else having this issue or just me?

    • Same here, hard to put the button in.
