  • Would this be suitable for music production? I'm so out of touch, I did want a gaming monitor for my PS5, but I'm not sure if gaming monitors would be good for Production either!

I think you'd be better thinking about what speakers you're using for audio production, what does the monitor have to do with it

Is there some kind of joke about in-ear monitors that is being made here?

        • I hope so lol

        Scaling on different screens etc

I read scaling can be an issue on some monitors, in-regards to music production.

I'm not worried about audio monitors, I've already got 2 sets. Thanks tho 🤘

        • I think you'd need to look into what audio production software you're using to determine if its visual inputs/outputs scale well with a 32" qhd monitor, if it doesn't then it won't be anything to do with this monitor specifically, or what Hz it runs at, but the software itself.

          It's likely not an issue…

  • Iirc 75hz doesn’t work with the included hdmi cable.

    • Because the included cable is shit or because the HDMI version is too low?

      • Needs DP to support it, so latter.

  • -4

    It's recommended that 2K for 27" and 4K for 32".

  • I guess gone are the days when these came with a Samsung panel. Remember when Kogan put Samsung panels in their monitors?.

  • With only 250cd/m brightness, expected it to be higher with an IPS panel. This is as bright as normal VA panels..
