  Be mindful that Nexgard Spectra doesn't treat/prevent hydatid tapeworm, unlike most other flea/worming treatments.

    What is the best all-in-one to use? I use Spectra because I thought it did the most.

      The Big 5 Protection Pack (Interceptor and Credelio) or Sentinel Spectrum. Otherwise you could use a tapeworm-specific tablet (e.g. Droncit) in conjunction with Nexgard Spectra. Personally I don't like the weight ranges for larger dogs with Nexgard so I use the Big 5.
