What's up with the Trust Pilot reviews of bodum.com? The rating is pretty terrible. This is all the same site, so all orders come from oseas right?
I like the Bodum glassware…the dual walled stuff is awesome for hot drinks, though a little fragile - but we take care of it. I created an account on bodum.com a while ago to buy something that wasn't in stock elsewhere, but I wasn't game to order because of all the atrocious reviews. I was a bit concerned that any orders may take a long time to arrive, or could have other issues, so have purchased via retailers instead of direct.
