Yes — if you check out the linked page and it explicitly says off marked price. If you have actually received the email from Target wrt this sale, I think it also emphasis 15% discount on even already discounted items.
I wonder if this applies to console games
It says only the game consoles are excluded. I guess you can always bring the catalogue to the shop and argue that games are not consoles :)
Abit dissapointed that now they do not include the pre-paid mobile recharge vouchers. They used to last time they had the 15% off storewide sale. Pity KMart got rid of their 15% off storewide too.
