I can't find the flybuys deal anywhere and it isn't listed on their website.
Check you actually get the points. I placed an order on the 12th for a promo that ended on the 12th. Receipt says 12th. Thankfully I screenshoted the lot, but calling up they still denied the claim as "the delivery was on the 13th and that's when the system processes the order".
Told them I have no interest in the failures of their system. Went back and checked and am missing a few bonus points. Reporting the lot to AFCA.
happened to me for an order placed ~10.30pm, but LL 'processed' it at 12.30am. Lots of to and fro with evidence to FB support. Painful.
Order earlier in the day is the lesson learned.
Yeah, they haven't given me points from the Lendi deal either..and asked me to chase it up with Lendi. Ummm, it's your promotion mess, you fix it. Told em I'm willing to follow up, but it will be remunerated at an investigator award wage. You offered the promotion, you honour it… Muppets! The Coles website/ Flybuys experience is amazingly poor.
