I gotta admit that Airjo beans are solid tasting and the customer service has, in my experience, been on point. If I hadn't recently bought beans I'd be buying. If you're on the fence because you doubt if they'll taste decent give them a go.

Have never tried Sumatra beans before. What are the tasting notes?
Are they good as espresso shots or milk based ?

I like my coffees strong but not bitter and have a Sunbeam Barista Express that I use with the inbuilt grinder. What beans do I go for Sumatra or Enterprise? Usually drink a Latte or Piccolo.

Either of the Sumatra or Enterprise will be delicious for you in a good shot.
You may find the Enterprise is a little more rounded in flavour profile given the blend.
That said, can't go wrong with either.

@OCD: My grind size is set to 13 and I use 20 grams of coffee for a double shot. Extraction time is between 25 and 30 seconds. I also run a cleaning cycle when I change the type/brand of beans that I use (every 4 weeks or so).

Got my beans this morning; really quick delivery. Do you have a recommended espresso recipe?
Got my beans this morning. Super quick delivery. Roast on date is 20/04. On breville express, grind setting of 4 I'm getting 19 second pour - 18g beans in 36g liquid out (1:2 ratio). This is using non pressurised basket .
Is anyone else with this machine getting similar results? Pour is too quick. Need to adjust grind size further down. Is it because beans haven't had time to de gas?
Yeah you want 23-24 seconds, and no more than 30 seconds.Tried 19/38 or 20/40? This video might help - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWbupoN53Po … they are fresh, so you may find yourself adjusting settings pretty quickly. Or just let them settle a few days first.

Damn mine was ordered and shipped almost immediately (and I received Aus Post confirmation that it was on its way) but nothing since! (Adelaide) I know its only 2 days but come on Aus Post…this doesn't seem like express! I'm out of beans too :'(

Just received my bag of Sumatra Coffee Beans today. These beans are very aromatic, with plenty of crema, and the coffee taste really good. My cup of coffee from these beans easily beats coffee from many cafes. I will definitely order more.
Very nice. I don't have coffee often, but when I do I load it with milk and sugar/syrup. I'm doing intermittent fasting so no milk and sugar when I'm fasting. Your deal came up and I decided to grab some and give black coffee a go. I brewed it in the Aeropress. That's a good cup of coffee.
Are you doing the 5-2 diet? I started it a few months ago and haven't looked back. You feel so much better without doing much in terms of work outs etc.
I just eat one or two meals per day (whatever I feel like, sometimes I'm not hungry when it's time for my second). Then fast for a minimum of 16 hours after. Sometimes it's 16 hours, sometimes it's 27. I've been doing some cardio to go with it, but IF helps with that too, I have much more energy when I'm fasted.
That's great. I need to get back into the routine for some sort of workout, but the 5-2 was just a starting point for me. All the best.
