Hi OZB,
First deal, be kind. Umart has a pretty good price for this 2 pack. Officeworks will price match and take off 5% for a total of $280.25, which makes it a pretty good price. I'm in NSW, if that matters.

Is two pack Deco M9 significantly better than the 3 back Deco M5
I was interested in the wireless backhaul and ZigBee features, and didn't think I needed a 3rd access point. I honestly might have been fine with a single unit as this was an upgrade from our ISPs default modem+router which was crap.
Is this better than Eero?
M9 has the pros of faster Wi-Fi, dedicated wireless backbone, VLAN 802.1q support and Wi-Fi covers 420sqm vs 2 of the eero nodes at 280sqm.
eero doesn't have a dedicated wireless backbone, no VLAN 802.1q support and no PPPoE protocol support.
This vs D-Link Covr? What's better?
This or Ubiquiti Amplifi HD?
thanks. just bought it at Office Works. They matched the price at $280. I have had the 3x M5 and the M9s have been added to my existing wifi.
