I'm suddenly intrigued by the idea of frozen mashed potato. It seems an absurd product but at $2.50 a kg is a bargain. Anybody tried it and liked it?

  It's a good product (comes in pellets shapes) as you can microwave it in a few minutes and the quality is relatively good (The ingredient list below is pretty standard for mash you make at home).

  Potato, Milk, Butter, Salt, White Pepper.

    I can also vouch for frozen mashed potato, far better than Deb or any other instant mashed potato, it's on par with homemade mashed potato.
