Same difference as a Great Wall Ute and a Hilux.
The cheap ones will stop as soon as you press into your muscle (no-stall force). They also have too small displacement to penetrate into the deep tight muscles (16mm amplitude). The Elite model also comes with more customisable settings and a movable arm which are nice to haves.
I got a $70 one from eBay 18 months ago. Never once had it stop when pressed into the muscle.
All these machines are manufactured in the same factories in China and drop shipped anywhere in the world. You're just paying the difference for the marketing and "social influencers". Lol
My $80 from Amazon doesn't stop. I mean it does if I push it hard enough to the point where it will do more damage than good.
