I only just ordered some panels last night so cannot vouch for their quality. They are sold at places such as Melbourne HiFi, though.
For those who'd like to understand what acoustic treatment is about here are two good videos:
- "Acoustic Treatment for Home Theater or Cinema" at https://vicoustic.com/acoustic-principles/acoustic-treatment
- "How to Set Up and Acoustically Treat a Hifi or 2-channel Listening Room" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMar7ssazAI
My personal experience is that they can make a dramatic difference.
One person on FaceBook wrote "No thanks. I can find better quality and cheaper elsewhere."
In terms of competitors, there are many people selling acoustic panels from Gumtree, eBay, FB Marketplace, as well as local manufacturers and distributors.

Some of these are cheap foam (you can't tell from the pictures) that probably wouldn't be worth buying.
You can also buy them from music/muso stores such as Mannys, DJ CIty, Swamp, etc. Many items are heavy so buying in-store might be cheaper.
There are also many DIY videos on how to make your own panels.
