Wow this is pretty bad service. I had a better time with my order last Nov, ordered items from $8-20 and all but one arrived within 2 weeks. I got refunded for that without me having to ask for it. I'm hoping this order goes through but I guess the lesson to take away from this is to use PayPal so you can at least get your money back without going through them… :/

They never honour the offer. Beware to anyone who places an order with Rockmans group ( Rockmans, Millers, Katies, etc). Personal experience: Placed an Order in January via an offer, requested to cancel the order in February since the order did not arrive even after 30 days. Eventually had to constantly call them for a week to get the refund in March.
Every time I called I received a different reason for order delay
Reason1: System glitch, hence order dint go thru
Reason 2: System glitch, order was cancelled
Reason 3: Delay due to COVID
Reason 4: Stock issues in warehouse
Reason 5: Not everything from my order was available
