SHELLY15OFFFREESENSOR

PROMO CODE: SHELLY15OFF for Shellys
PROMO CODE: FREESENSOR for BroadLink RM4 Mini and RM4 Pro

Hi, we're back for Easter,
Until the 11th April (or while stocks last), we have the following deals on offer:

1) Get 15% off and free shipping (delivery within Australia) across the Shelly 1, 1PM and Shelly 2.5 range when you buy 5 or more Shellys - feel free to mix and match.

When buying 5, the unit price for each Shelly comes to:

  • Shelly 1: $26.50 -> $22.53

  • Shelly 1PM: $36.00 -> $30.60

  • Shelly 2.5: $43.50 -> $36.98

A few notes:
- These devices have been certified for use in Australia. Links to certification provided here for Shelly 1, Shelly 1PM, Shelly 2.5.
- These are required to be installed by a qualified electrician and also require a neutral line to operate when powering with AC.
- Shelly 1PM and Shelly 2.5 both have power monitoring but no 'dry' contacts. Use Shelly 1 for dry contacts.
- These devices are designed to be integrated into home electrical circuits or behind light switches. With WiFi connectivity and Shelly's free app these devices can turn your home appliances and switches into smart ones. If you have an existing home automation system, Shelly integrates easily with Home Assistant, OpenHAB, Hubitat, Domoticz and more.

2) Receive a free Temperature & Humidity Sensor (HTS2) (worth $13.50) with every purchase of the BroadLink RM4 Mini or RM4 Pro. No free shipping on this promotion but can be combined with the Shelly offer. To receive your bonus, add the HTS2 sensor to the cart along with the RM4 Mini or Pro along with the FREESENSOR code and $13.50 should come off the total price.

  • BroadLink RM4 Mini: $26.50, with bonus HTS2

  • BroadLink RM4 Pro: $52.50, with bonus HTS2

  • Your URL is broken.

    Personally I'm holding out for thread based solutions.

    • Thanks @Martyroz, fixed now.

  • @rep: Any idea when you will be able to restock the Konnected Alarm Panel Pro?

    • Hi @mimik13, stock of the Konnected Pro should arrive today or tomorrow.

    • @mimik13 - good news, Konnected Pro kits are now back in stock.

  • Which one could be used for diverting Solar to HWS, Shelly 1?

    Also, do you guys have a current sensing switch?

    • Hi @tunzafun001, the Shelly 1/1PM/2.5 are relays which can switch loads of 3.5kW, 3.5kW, (2 x 2.3kW) respectively. Solar loads are considerably higher so would not be suitable to operate with Shellys.

      For current sensing this would be the Shelly EM however we do not stock this as it is not certified for use in Australia. The Shelly 1PM/2.5 have power monitoring capabilities which can detect Power loads (Current x Voltage) so depending on your use case, this might be partially solve your requirements.

      • My element is only1.8kw. I'm picturing a device that works like a clamp meter. When it detects more than 1.8kw from the solar feed in, it turns on power to the hws. Plus hopefully the ability to override via wifi if needed? Anything close to that?

        • Hi @tunzafun001, CT clamps plug into Shelly EM for current/power detection and would serve your purpose unfortunately though this particular device in the Shelly range hasn't been certified for Australian use yet. This may change in the future as Shelly are looking to certify more of their products for use in local markets.

  • You don't have the shelley dimmer listed.

    • Hi @mduncan2, unfortunately there were stock delays earlier on in the year and we haven't added this to our product line as yet.

  • I want to turn off some split system A/C units when a master light switch is turned off.

    Can I get a sparky to wire the input of a Shelly unit into the master light switch then somehow trigger the Broadlink RM4 when the switch goes off? I could use IFTTT in the middle if that helped.

    It's a community facility used by a number of people and there are 14 different split systems which invariably get left on at times. The idea would be to turn them all off when the master light switch is turned off (since most people can remember to turn the master light switch off as they exit but don't walk around every room in the building to turn the A/C's off).

    • Depending on the brand of aircon, some support wifi/Bluetooth control out of the box, and some (eg, Mitsubishi heavy industries) can have a esp32/8266 added to give the aircon tasmota/mqtt control.

      • They are 10 year old Fujitsu VRV units - I'm not sure if there is a factory module but it would be more expensive than adding RM4's Hacking something with an ESP32 would be possible but less easy for someone to understand in the future if I'm not around and it breaks.

    • Should be possible with ifttt and shelly i/o url actions https://www.shelly.cloud/documents/developers/ddd_communicat…

  • Not a deal, buying direct from Shelly is cheaper.
