I love Game Pass when I see deals like this. But anyways, amazing game, much more refined than Doom 2016, it makes me feel like a badass playing this game.
Gamepass has benefits but still has issues when it comes to the DLC for the games.
I dropped it on PC as I didn't want to buy DLC for games I didn't own or in most cases didn't want to play them. I know it sounds crazy, I can't explain.
I've since purchased Halo MCC, Gears 5 and Flight Simulator on Steam.
I'd disagree myself - Eternal is a big step down from the original unfortunately. Gameplay is not as fun and the music is lacking compared to the original. A lot of game reviewers found the same so don't get too hyped up on this game.

Yeah the platforming and the story kinda suck, kinda felt like they were padding it out

Why would it? This is the base game
Because Doom 2016's DLC was all free

Once the PS5 version is available you will be able to access the upgrade with the PS4 version so in the future yes.
