VA is good for gaming & movies, much deeper blacks than IPS. Just not as good if you are using it mainly for office tasks.
Which would you say is better, a VA panel or PLS?

YES I know it's an 'Aldi' monitor lol, but you would never be able to tell, this monitor is absolutely amazing in every way (Most definitely in value).

i have the 2K version for a year, which is quite a sharp picture and nice color, and like the border-less design
Yet to see a single good Philips VA, so probably not. At least the retailers are wising up that they need to ditch this stuff.
