EDIT: My attempts to get a Wiimote plus:
- Forest Hill: Rang out; was never answered, even by a machine.
- Knox: having clearance, is whatever is on the floor, no wiimotes.
- Ringwood: clearance [said they were trying to remove their gaming section], no wiimotes.Not going anywhere else, so that's my efforts spent. GL to the rest of you.

Seems like many stores are having this clearance but your chances of getting stock will be slim, call around first.
I'm still waiting for my HN online order to come through (the 50% off deal). Sigh.

Myer are getting rid of their gaming sections in all stores - with their kind of markup they just can't compete with the other places for generic items. I'd say whatever they've got left on the floor is what will be available
they markup everything not just gaming
even their TVs are rip off prices

It also could be that they can't buy at lower prices from their suppliers as they don't sell enough stock to justify their buying volume.

Lucked out at Penrith at 2pm, no Wii remotes. At $30 normal price these are not the official Nintendo version. Bought one from HK on eBay last year for $14.50 including freight. Works well and seems the genuine article.
Checked Myer Indooroopilly and there were no accessories and the only games that remained were the many guitar heroes, metroid other m wii and pikmin 1. All $7-10.
Picked up 1 DS, 4 xBox and 2 Wii games - max $12/game - @ TTP, SA. Note that 60% off was only from the lowset ticked price of games. The other two trays of misc gear (phones, apple leads/covers etc) were going for the reduced ticketed price - no further discounts.
Myer floorstaff confirmed that they were getting out of the gaming business and that this is (was) the last day of the sale, so WA OzBargainers may have a couple of hours left…
Bought 10 Xbox games and 3 psp games for a grand total of $104. Great deal!

Oh bloody heck! To think I just rolled my eyes when I heard Myer was having another sale… they really should have titled it "no, really, this is a sale of items worth buying!"
myer loganholme had been pillaged or had nothing to begin with. they had pikmin 1&2, duke nukem, animal crossing and 1 or 2 other games, nothing else.
I scored big time at bondi Myers. Got playstation move bundle for $12 as well as the docking station for $12! Thanks so much for the post u saved me over $100!!!!!

I went to Highpoint Myer… a few Wii/PSP games, but hardly anything for PS3 or 360 :(
They pretty much had 15 copies of Micheal Jackson game on PS3, 5 copies of DC Online and that's it!Anyone know of any stock in Myer that they are still discounting in Vic? Not after games, more after accessories, (wiimotes, guitars etc)….
